How Large are the Units?
The units vary in size from 1-bedroom units with approximately 600-sq ft, to 2-bedroom units with up to approximately 848-sq ft. Each Unit features a kitchen area, a living room, 1 or 2 bedrooms, and 1 to 1-1/2 baths.

What Amenities are Included?
To start, each Unit features a living room with a fireplace as its centerpiece. The Units include kitchens equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, and stove. In addition, each Unit in Building 2 comes with a flat screen TV above the corner fireplace. All Units feature open, airy floor plans, with high-end finishes including slate and granite tile. Plus there is an optional furniture package available for $9,500 for a one bedroom and $11,000 for a two bedroom.
The common area amenities include an exercise/game/meeting room, a library/lounge room, a common laundry room, and a large hottub area and BBQ patios outside. There are lockers for ski storage, and limited under-cover parking in addition to the ample exterior parking.
